Capitol Police Dept. Rules Brutal Beating Of Rosanne Boyland On J6, Who Died, Was ‘Objectionably Reasonable!’’

Last July, a Trump Supporter, and activist, Philip Anderson, admitted that Capitol Police killed Trump protester Rosanne Boyland on J6.

Philip knows this because he was next to her, holding her hand. He could nearly die himself.

Philip Anderson talked to TGP about the J6 protests at the Capitol, and hot the police killed Rosanne Boyland and almost killed him too.

The J6 Commission won’t call Philip Anderson to testify because he will reveal everything.

It was an amazing eyewitness report that the fake news media have ignored because it doesn’t match their story.

One black Trump supporter was gassed with clouds of pepper spray, pushed down, and trampled to death as police officers continued to push the supports on the top of a pile of people outside the US Capitol.

Anderson explained how Rosanne Boyland was the first woman killed by Capitol Police that day and Ashli Babbitt was the second one.

In the photo, you will see Anderson unconscious being dragged away by Trump supporters after being crushed under a pile on J6. Roseanne Boyland was next to him when she died.

A second eyewitness contacted TGP right after the interview with Philip and confirmed the story.
Jake Lang is a J6 prisoner held with trial or rights inside the Washington DC jail, and he confirmed this report.

The Capitol Police investigators ruled that beating Rosanne Boyland by Capitol Police officers until she died was ‘objectively reasonable.’

It’s the second murder that day by Capitol Police that was given a pass. Lt. Mike Byrd was exonerated once he shot Ashli Babbit in cold blood inside the US Capitol that day. Investigators didn’t even interview Byrd before being exonerated.

TGP reported that Officer Lila Morris was caught on video beating Rosanne Boylad with a stick while she lay on the ground.

Later Morris was cheered by the media. Now we know that the Capitol Police deemed the deadly beating of Boyland to be ‘objectively reasonable.’

If you are a Capitol Police Officer, you can kill Trump supporters at will. (You will be excused.)

The Epoch Times reported:

The beating of an unconscious Trump supporter by a DC Metropolitan Police Department officer on January 6 was deemed to be “objectively reasonable” after an investigation by the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau, The Epoch Times has learned.

The Internal Affairs investigation was opened in September 2021 based on a complaint filed by a Texas man who assembled video evidence of the officer striking an unconscious Rosanne Boyland with a steel baton and a large wooden stick at the entrance to the West Terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Ga., was pinned under a pile of protesters who fled the tunnel when police deployed a crowd-control gas. After several minutes of being crushed by the weight of other fallen protesters, Boyland lost consciousness and stopped breathing, witnesses have said.

Boyland traveled to Washington D.C. that day to attend the “Stop the Steal” rally and hear then-President Donald Trump speak at the Ellipse. She became trapped in a crowd that sought entry to the Capitol through the West Terrace tunnel.

As Boyland lay unconscious on the ground DC Metro Police Officer Lila Morris repeatedly struck her with a steel baton and what appeared to be a wooden walking stick, according to a video recording.

The sudden attack horrified Boyland’s friend and traveling companion, Justin Winchell, who pleaded with police and protesters to provide first aid to Boyland. Police bodycam video shows Winchell’s shock when he saw Morris strike Boyland in the head.

“She’s gonna die! She’s gonna die! …I need somebody! She’s dead!” Winchell cried.

Boyland was not pronounced dead until more than 90 minutes later, although she appeared lifeless when police dragged her body from the West Terrace tunnel entrance into the Capitol at 4:31 p.m.
