Bill Maher Guest Surprised Trudeau Sounds Like Hitler

“Although the convoy of Freedom Truckers was constantly downplayed by the Canadian government and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the protest that followed his comments about them being a fringe minority was more than enough proof of the power citizens still hold,” reports have stated.

Having an emergency conversation as the convoy enters America, Trudeau tweeted about his meeting with Biden. “Today, @POTUS Biden and I spoke about the illegal blockades at the border – I updated him on the situation, and we discussed the American and global influence on the protests. We agreed that, for the security of people and our economies, these blockades cannot continue.”

At another press conference, Trudeau claimed the protests were somehow breaking the law. “If you’ve joined the protest because you’re tired of COVID, you now need to understand you are breaking laws. The consequences are becoming more and more severe. The border cannot and will not remain closed. Everything is on the table, because this unlawful activity has to end and it will end.”

On Friday, host of “Real Time,” Bill Maher, welcomed former presidential candidate Marianne Williamson to discuss the stance Trudeau has taken when it comes to the convoy. As can be seen in the video below, Maher stated, “He started to read what he, he said, this is a couple of weeks ago. He was, or maybe this is September, but he was talking about people who are not vaccinated. He said ‘they don’t believe in science. They’re often misogynistic, often racist.’ No, they’re not.”

Maher added, “Right. He said, ‘but they take up space.’ And with that, we have to make a choice in terms of a leader as a country. Do we tolerate these people? It’s like ‘tolerate them’? Now you do sound like Hitler.”

While Maher blasted Trudeau for using a Hitler narrative against the Freedom Truckers, the same day, the government threatened the truckers with “fines for non-compliance will be severe with a maximum penalty of $100,000 and up to a year imprisonment.”
