Is Bill Barr a RINO?
The ex-AG made media appearances due to the launch of his new book, “One Damn Thing After Another: Memoirs of an Attorney General,” the book critical of statements that fraud happened in the 2020 election.
Many conservative Americans were shocked by the refusal to investigate fraud claims in the past election cycle, even though there have been many reports and accounts.

In the past two years, Barr and Trump have taken repeated jabs at one another in the media. However, in this turn of events, Barr stated he would still support Trump if he was the GOP nominee.

He also said he believed Trump was responsible for the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, but said he doesn’t think the former president was legally culpable.
“I do think he was responsible in the broad sense of that word, in that it appears that part of the plan was to send this group up to the Hill,” Barr said on Nightly News. “I think the whole idea was to intimidate Congress. And I think that that was wrong.”

However, Barr hedged when Guthrie pressed him about whether he would vote for a Democrat over Trump in a hypothetical general election.
“Because I believe that the greatest threat to the country is the progressive agenda being pushed by the Democratic Party, it’s inconceivable to me that I wouldn’t vote for the Republican nominee,” Barr responded.
